Unexpected warmth in a cold night

The room was cozy and the heater worked like a charm, making our evening incredibly comfortable. The staff greeted us each time with genuine smiles.

However, the bathroom could use some serious TLC. there were signs of mold on the ceiling and the shower didn’t drain well.

Liked the spacious room and that the air conditioning worked super well. Also, the location was convenient, right off the freeway.

Felt special, no complaint.

The location is quite convenient, right off the freeway. The room had a working air conditioning unit and was spacious, which made settling in easy. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues throughout the hotel. the common areas felt shabby and needed more maintenance. I appreciated having free Wi-Fi, but the overall upkeep was lacking, impacting my comfort during the stay.

Loved my stay here! Not only did I enjoy relaxing by the outdoor pool, but I also made great use of the workout room while my family rested. The only hitch was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was nice and clean, with a comfy bed that felt great after a long drive. It was quiet, so I slept well. There was a Denny's right next door, which was super convenient. Breakfast was decent too. Just wish there were more outlets in the room to charge my phone without having to unplug something. Overall, pretty good stay!

Enjoyed golfing nearby and explored some local attractions. The breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the comfortable stay overall. Just a heads up, some rooms may experience issues, so check with staff if anything seems off....  

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues

During my stay, I found the staff to be very welcoming and attentive, making the experience feel more personal. However, the condition of the room was disappointing, with noticeable cleanliness issues like stained carpets and a musty smell coming from the AC unit. It's clear that the hotel needs some serious updates and maintenance.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception, I feel at home. The staff once helped me with directions, which made my stay even better. I’m coming back...  

The rooms were quite outdated and not particularly clean, but I appreciated the convenience of having a Denny's right next door for late-night snacks. There were some attractions nearby, which made it easy to explore the area during our stay. However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, as maintenance seemed neglected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.

Great for Families Looking for Budget-Friendly Stays!

We enjoyed our short family getaway, utilizing the nearby dining options. The kids loved the outdoor sitting area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A little maintenance could improve the experience, but overall, it served our needs perfectly. Pack extra toiletries just in case!

I really enjoyed the spacious room and the friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to help us. The ice packs for my injury and clean towels were a nice touch. However, the outdated décor didn’t match the photos.

great access to parks and walking trails for all travelers

I had a pleasant stay in a clean king room where I appreciated the nearby Portage Lakefront and Riverwalk Pavilion, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the scenic Tolleston Dunes Trail, which offered beautiful views during my explorations.

Friendly staff, clean room, conveniently located hotel with great air conditioning and free parking that made my one-night stay comfortable and enjoyable.
